STAY COMFORT

≃ 42 m² - Can accommodate up to 5 (five) people

The Studio is by the central beach of Lefokastro and has a sea view, with its courtyard located a few meters away from the coastline. It includes:

Α) Two (2) Bedrooms:
- In the 1st BR there is: (a) Bed (1,60 x 2,0), (b) Flat TV, (c) Wardrobe, (d) Dresser with extra power supply & usb ports for charging electronic devices.
- In the second BR theres is: (a) Bed (1,30 x 2,0), (b) Flat TV, (c) Wardrobe, (d) Dresser with extra power supply & usb ports for charging electronic devices.

Β) Living Room: There is: (a) Flat TV (32''), (b) Table (4-5 people), (c) Sofa bed (3 seats/1,80 x 1,20), (d) Energy fireplace, (e) Armchair.

C) Kitchen:

‘Open’ kitchen, separated from the rest of the living room by the table. In the kitchen there is:

Electric ceramic hob and oven.
Coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, extractor hood, kitchen utensils.
Full equipment, fridge, smoke detector/CO alarm, fire extinguisher, and fire blanket.

D) Bathroom:

Whirlpool steam shower cabin, WC, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo & hair conditioner, facial towels and bath towels.

Ε) Outdoor Areas :

In the sheltered outdoor area-yard, there is outdoor furniture, table (rattan) & chairs (4-6). Private parking space is also offered, along with the possibility of using a charcoal barbecue. Finally, there’s the option of using an extra outdoor -closed-WC where showering is also offered.

All areas of the accommodation (BD 1 & BD 2 + Living Room) are air-conditioned and have a fire extinguishing system installed, as well as free wi-fi. The accommodation accepts small pets upon request and pre-arrangement.

ACCOMMODATION REGULATIONS

- Smoking is prohibited in the interior of the accommodation.
- Quiet hours: 14:30-18:00 & 00:00-09:00.
- Check-in at 15:00.
- Check-out between 07:00-11:00.

BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY

(A1) For the period 28/06 to 31/08, the minimum booking duration is 5 (five) days [ie: Reservations of shorter duration will not be accepted].

(A2) For reservations made 31-60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total stay is to be paid in advance.

(A3) When a reservation is made 60 days+ from arrival time, 25% of the total stay is prepaid.

(B) The reservation must be confirmed with payment up to 30 days before arrival.

(C) 100% of the payment is refunded when the cancellation of the reservation is made up to 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs between 21 and 29 days, 50% of the payment is refunded. In any case of cancellation less than 21 days from arrival, the payment will not be refunded.
